Victra, the largest Verizon authorized retailer in the United States, seeks a General Manager to shape the guest experience by coaching your team and driving results. You will develop your Assistant General Manager and lead with accountability for sales and store operations.

With paid training and a focus on Every Guest, Every Time, you will own hiring, mentor your staff, and manage budgeting, staffing, and marketing to achieve targets while supporting career growth within Victra.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a retail sales environment.
• 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role.
• Experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
• Proven track record of achieving challenging sales goals.
• Experience balancing multiple priorities in a multifaceted environment.
• Strong interviewing and staffing knowledge.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Own the hiring process for your store, interview and select top talent.
• Build, develop, and mentor your sales team.
• Teach and reinforce our sales process with Every Guest, Every Time.
• Provide ongoing sales training and support to exceed sales, retention, quality, and service objectives.
• Take ownership of store's sales performance and metrics daily.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, labor controls, and loss prevention.
• Engage in sales strategy development, budgeting and forecasting.
