Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a retail sales environment.
• 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role.
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
• Balanced multiple opposing priorities in a multifaceted environment.

Responsabilités

• Talent Management — Selecting, hiring, and developing the best talent for the store.
• Own the hiring process: interview, select, and bring in the best talent.
• Build, develop, and mentor your sales team and coach the sales process with Every Guest, Every Time.
• Own store numbers: budgeting, forecasting, and reporting on performance.
• Maintain daily oversight of sales and operational metrics and ensure staffing and scheduling meet targets.
