Qualifications

• Leadership experience in retail or similar service environment.
• High school diploma plus 3–5 years management experience in retail or similar service environment.
• Excellent English communication, written and spoken.
• Basic math and computer skills including spreadsheets and time/attendance systems.
• Personal vehicle for cash deposits.
• Flexible schedule for seven day per week operation.
• Sales floor and production/stockroom experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops, coaches and trains direct reports in the business unit.
• Creates an atmosphere of exceptional customer service for internal and external customers.
• Manages inventory levels and oversees merchandise quality to optimize revenue.
• Monitors donations flow, safety, security, and state laws.
• Performs bookkeeping, attendance monitoring, surveys, and reports.
• Maintains effective email, phone and face-to-face communication.
• Understands local competition and adapts to market changes.
• Upholds presentation and merchandising standards on the sales floor.
• Maintains a safe environment for customers and employees.
• Monitors and enforces safety procedures.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and values.
• Participates in special projects and meetings.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
