Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 1–3 years of retail management or equivalent.
• Basic math and computer skills (spreadsheets, time and attendance, POS systems).
• Clear communication in English, both verbal and written.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Flexible schedule to meet a seven-day operation.
• Personal vehicle to transport store receipts to the bank.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store manager with overall store operations.
• Develop, coach and train all direct reports.
• Foster exceptional customer service for customers and donors.
• Support hiring and performance evaluation of team members.
• Perform daily administrative tasks and store procedures.
• Ensure safety and security procedures are followed.
• Maintain store appearance and compliance with policies.
• Fulfill other duties as assigned.
