Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Able to work as part of a team and adapt to multiple store areas.
• Capable of running a register and handling money securely.
• Strong communication and discretion with confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Promote a highly-satisfied customer experience.
• Assist in training and mentoring Associates on frontline execution.
• Maintain cash controls and accurate change handling.
• Ensure adherence to labor laws and safety policies.
• Assist with register operations, merchandising, and loss prevention measures.
• Support coverage across frontline and sales floor as needed.
