Youll train and mentor staff, assign registers, manage breaks, and coordinate coverage while upholding labor laws and store policies. The role emphasizes teamwork, adaptability, and a proactive approach to customer needs in a fast-paced retail

Qualificações

• 1 year of retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Promote an excellent customer experience for front-of-store operations.
• Lead and mentor Associates on front-end principles and loyalty programs.
• Assign registers, coordinate breaks, and ensure POS coverage.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and maintain store standards.
