Burlington Stores in Durham, NC is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor to join our front-end leadership team. You will supervise store functions, coach associates, and drive exceptional customer service while supporting merchandising, operations and HR duties.

This role requires at least one year of supervisory experience in a retail environment, the ability to work nights, weekends and holidays, and comfort with moving up to 40 lbs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in off-price, big box, or specialty retail.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all store functions and associates as Manager on Duty.
