You will supervise front-end operations and work closely with Store Management in merchandising, customer service, operations, and human resources, helping to deliver exceptional store performance. This role requires at least 1 year of supervisory experience in off-price or big-box retail, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in retail, off-price, big-box, or specialty environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all store functions as Manager on Duty and oversee front-end operations.
• Maximize sales through coaching, training, and development of direct reports.
• Promote safety and adhere to company guidelines for customers and associates.
• Cultivate a diverse culture based on teamwork and collaboration.
• Resolve issues, make informed decisions, and ensure exceptional customer service.
• Support Asset Protection strategies to reduce shortages and losses.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
• Participate in weekly workload planning meetings and scheduling.
