Burlington Stores is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor / Full-Time Selling Floor Supervisor to join our Retail Front End Leadership team. This role partners with Store Management in Merchandising, Customer Service, Operations, and HR, guiding staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to move/lift store merchandise weighing 40 lbs. or more and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all store functions and associates as Manager on Duty.
• Coach and develop direct reports to maximize sales.
• Promote safety by adhering to company guidelines.
• Foster a diverse culture based on teamwork.
• Resolve issues and supervise front-end operations to ensure exceptional customer service.
• Support Asset Protection strategies to reduce shrink.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
• Participate in weekly workload planning meetings.
• Drive Community Relations through company programs.
• Coordinate meal and break periods and monitor schedules.
