Job summary

Burlington Stores is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor or Full-Time Selling Floor Supervisor to join our store leadership team. You will oversee front-end operations, coach associates, and drive sales while ensuring safety and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• 1 year of supervisory experience in off-price, big box, or specialty environment
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, engaging attitude
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
• Ability to move/lift store merchandise weighing 40 lbs or more and stand/walk for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Supervise all store functions and associates in the role of Manager on Duty
• Maximize sales results through training, development, and coaching of direct reports
• Promote safety for customers and associates by following company guidelines
• Cultivate a diverse culture based on teamwork and collaboration
• Solve issues and make informed decisions while supervising front-end operations
• Reinforce Asset Protection strategies to minimize shortages
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates
• Participate in weekly workload planning meetings
• Drive community relations through company programs and partnerships
• Coordinate meal and break periods and monitor schedule adherence
