You will partner with Store Management in Merchandising, Customer Service, and Operations to drive sales and maintain a high-standard customer experience. The role requires one year of supervisory retail experience, strong people skills, and a willingness to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail/off-price environment.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-service skills.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store functions and associates as Manager on Duty.
• Maximize sales through coaching and development of direct reports.
• Promote safety and enforce company guidelines for customers and associates.
• Lead front-end operations and ensure exceptional customer service at all times.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
