Marshalls at The TJX Companies, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Front End Leader who will oversee a team of Associates at the store, promote a positive customer experience, and lead by example in delivering courteous service and loyalty program enrollment.

You will train Associates on front end principles, coordinate POS coverage and breaks, and ensure tasks align with the store plan while maintaining a safe, organized environment. Flexible schedule is required.

Competenze

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Strong merchandising knowledge.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
