Marshalls at The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a leader to promote outstanding customer service and coach front-end teams. You will supervise associates, coordinate POS coverage, and drive loyalty program participation while maintaining a clean, organized store environment.

Ideal candidates bring retail experience with leadership exposure, strong merchandising sense, and excellent communication. The role requires flexibility to work nights and weekends and offers an hourly wage with benefits.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience and 6 months in a leadership role.
• Strong merchandising knowledge with attention to detail.
• Ability to train and mentor Associates on front-end principles.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Promotes an excellent customer experience and loyalty program participation.
• Oversees front-of-store Associates and coordinates POS coverage.
• Trains and coaches Associates on personalizing the customer experience.
• Ensures adherence to labor laws, policies, and store procedures.
• Maintains a clean, organized store and prioritizes tasks.
• Addresses customer concerns promptly and communicates priorities.
