Marshalls at The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a leader to oversee front-end operations, promote exceptional customer service, and drive loyalty programs. You will guide Associates, manage POS coverage, and ensure store standards with a focus on safety and team development.

The role requires at least 1 year in retail with 6 months in a leadership capacity, strong merchandising understanding, and excellent communication. A flexible schedule including nights/weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Ability to promote a positive customer experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Merchandising techniques understanding is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience; oversee front-of-store Associates.
• Lead by example; maintain a clean, organized store and model great service.
• Train and mentor Associates on front-end principles and loyalty programs.
• Manage POS coverage, assign registers, and coordinate breaks for staff.
• Address customer concerns promptly and ensure positive service in all interactions.
• Ensure adherence to labor laws, policies, and store procedures.
• Support safety initiatives and loss prevention programs.
