Job summary

TJ Maxx is seeking a motivated Store Lead in Louisville, KY to promote exceptional customer experience and lead a team on the sales floor. You will train Associates, manage POS coverage, and uphold store standards while supporting loyalty and safety initiatives.

Ideal candidates have retail experience and some leadership exposure, with strong merchandising and communication skills. This role is on-site with flexible scheduling, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months in a leadership role.
• Strong merchandising knowledge.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to train others.

Responsibilities

• Promotes an excellent customer experience and leads by example.
• Oversees front-of-store Associates and ensures POS coverage and breaks.
• Promotes loyalty programs and safety policies.
• Addresses customer concerns promptly and maintains store organization.
• Communicates priorities to management and Associates and provides feedback.
• Ensures adherence to labor laws and company procedures.
• Supports shrink reduction and credit/loyalty programs.
