Job summary

TJ Maxx in Louisville, KY is seeking a front-end supervisor to oversee a team of Associates and promote an excellent customer experience. You will lead by example, train staff, and ensure a clean, organized store while supporting loyalty and safety programs.

The role requires at least 1 year of retail experience and 6 months in leadership, with strong merchandising, communication, and multitasking abilities. Flexible scheduling, including nights and weekends, is expected.
