Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a front‑of‑store leader to ensure an exceptional customer experience across TJ Maxx stores in the Jeffersonville area.

You will lead a team of Associates, train staff on front‑end principles, and promote loyalty programs while maintaining store standards and a positive work environment. Responsibilities include managing registers, coordinating POS coverage, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring adherence to labor laws and policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail with leadership exposure.
• Strong merchandising knowledge and ability to train staff.
• Able to multi‑task and manage store operations with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of Associates to deliver prompt, courteous customer service and promote loyalty programs.
• Train and mentor Associates on front end principles and loyalty initiatives.
• Assign registers and coordinate POS coverage; manage breaks for all Associates.
• Address customer concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience.
• Ensure tasks align with store plans and communicate priorities to the team.
