Job summary

TJ Maxx is seeking a Front End Leader to promote an excellent customer experience and supervise Associates at the front of the store. You’ll lead by example, ensuring courteous service, training, and adherence to store policies.

Responsibilities include assigning registers, coaching on loyalty programs, and coordinating breaks while maintaining a safe, organized environment. Nights and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and POS experience preferred.
• Understanding of merchandising techniques.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience leading and training associates.
• Ability to train others and promote loyalty programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversees front-of-store operations and delivers an excellent customer experience.
• Assigns registers and coordinates breaks for associates, ensuring POS coverage.
• Trains and mentors associates on front-end principles and loyalty programs.
• Maintains store safety, cleanliness, and adherence to labor policies.
• Promotes security, shrink reduction, and adherence to procedures.
• Partners with management on training needs and providing feedback.
