Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of Associates at front of store, ensuring prompt, courteous customer service and promotion of loyalty programs.
• Train and mentor Associates on front-end principles and customer personalization.
• Assign registers, coordinate POS coverage and breaks for all Associates; respond to issues.
• Ensure adherence to labor laws, policies, and store procedures; promote safety and shrink reduction.
