Job summary

Marshalls at The TJX Companies, Inc. is hiring a Front-End Leader to supervise Associates at the store front, ensuring prompt and courteous service and active promotion of loyalty programs. You will model excellent customer service and maintain a clean, well-organized store.

You will train and mentor Associates on front-end principles, manage POS coverage, and coordinate breaks while addressing customer concerns and promoting a positive experience.

Qualifications

• Available to work flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees a team of Associates at front of store.
• Promotes loyalty programs and delivers excellent customer service.
• Trains and mentors Associates on front end principles.
• Assigns registers, coordinates breaks, and supports POS coverage.
• Ensures adherence to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Maintains a clean, organized store and communicates priorities to the team.
