Job summary

TJ Maxx in Hendersonville, NC is seeking a front-of-store leader to promote an excellent customer experience and guide a team of Associates. You will train staff, manage registers, coordinate breaks, and ensure adherence to store policies while fostering a cooperative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Able to work flexible schedule including nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Promotes an excellent customer experience and oversees front-of-store operations
• Assigns registers, coordinates breaks, and ensures POS coverage
• Trains and mentors Associates on front-end principles and loyalty programs
• Addresses customer concerns promptly and maintains a clean, organized store
• Ensures adherence to labor laws, policies, and store procedures
• Supports store shrink reduction goals and safety initiatives
• Communicates priorities effectively to management and staff
