Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Able to train others and manage front-end operations.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Promotes an excellent customer experience and leads front-of-store team.
• Assigns registers, coordinates breaks, and ensures POS coverage.
• Trains Associates on front-end principles and loyalty programs.
• Addresses customer concerns promptly and maintains store standards.
• Supports safety, labor policies, and store shrink reduction goals.
