Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Front End Leader for TJ Maxx in North Wales, PA to promote an excellent customer experience and lead a team at the front of the store.

You will train and mentor associates on front end procedures, assist with POS coverage, and help drive loyalty programs while keeping the store clean and organized. Flexible schedule with nights and weekends required.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Understanding of merchandising techniques.

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience and lead a team of associates at front of store.
• Train and mentor associates on front end principles and loyalty programs.
• Coordinate registers and POS coverage; manage breaks for associates.
• Address customer concerns promptly; ensure store plan execution and safety.
