TJ Maxx, part of The TJX Companies, is hiring to oversee front-of-store operations and lead a team of Associates, ensuring a positive customer experience and promoting loyalty programs. You will train and mentor Associates, coordinate POS coverage, and model outstanding service while upholding store standards.

This role requires flexible schedules including nights and weekends, strong merchandising knowledge, and the ability to multi-task.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Able to train others.
• Able to multi-task and respond to changes or unexpected situations.
• Strong understanding of merchandising techniques.

Responsibilities

• Promotes an excellent customer experience and loyalty programs.
• Oversees front-of-store Associates and coordinates POS coverage.
• Trains and coaches Associates on personalized customer service.
• Ensures adherence to labor laws, policies, and store procedures.
• Addresses customer concerns promptly and maintains a clean, organized store.
• Partners with Management on Associate training needs to increase effectiveness.
