Job summary

TJ Maxx Seattle store is seeking a dedicated leader to oversee front-end operations and champion an exceptional customer experience. You will guide Associates, promote loyalty programs, and ensure smooth POS coverage while maintaining store standards.

The role requires at least 1 year in retail with leadership exposure, strong communication, and a collaborative mindset to train and motivate the team and uphold company policies.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to train Associates on front end processes.
• Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Promotes a positive customer experience and loyalty program.
• Trains and mentors front-end Associates.
• Manages registers and POS coverage; coordinates breaks.
• Ensures task execution per store plan and safety.
• Communicates priorities with management and staff.
• Addresses customer concerns promptly.
• Supports shrink reduction and safety initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.
