Responsibilities

• Creates a positive customer experience at front of store
• Trains and mentors Associates on front-end principles
• Manages POS coverage and coordinates breaks
• Addresses customer concerns and maintains store cleanliness
• Promotes loyalty programs and safety awareness
• Partners with management on training needs and adherence to policies
