Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, is seeking a front-end leader to supervise Associates, promote excellent customer service, and drive loyalty program participation. You’ll train staff, coordinate POS coverage, and ensure a positive store environment while upholding company policies.

Ideal candidates will have 1 year of retail experience and at least 6 months of leadership experience, with strong merchandising, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Promote an excellent customer experience and loyalty programs.
• Lead front-of-store Associates and coordinate POS coverage and breaks.
• Train and coach staff on personalized customer service.
• Ensure tasks align with store plan and priorities.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety, and address issues promptly.
• Communicate priorities and progress with management.
• Support shrink reduction goals and compliance with policies.
