Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a front-of-store Supervisor to promote an excellent customer experience and lead a team of Associates in our Houston area store.

You will model outstanding service, ensure smooth POS coverage, and mentor team members to uphold loyalty programs. Responsibilities include training, addressing customer concerns promptly, and maintaining store standards while complying with labor policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in retail and 6 months in a leadership role.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to changes and train others.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive customer experience and oversees front-of-store teams.
• Assigns registers, coordinates breaks, and ensures adequate POS coverage.
• Trains and coaches Associates on front-end principles and loyalty programs.
• Promotes and participates in loyalty programs and store policies.
• Ensures safety and adherence to labor laws and store procedures.
