The TJX Companies, Inc. in Royal Palm Beach, FL is seeking a store supervisor to promote an excellent customer experience, lead front-of-store Associates, and ensure loyalty programs are promoted. You will model outstanding service and maintain a clean, organized store.

The role requires 1 year of retail experience and 6 months of leadership, strong merchandising skills, multitasking ability, and teamwork. Nights/weekends and flexible scheduling are expected.

Formación

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Strong merchandising techniques and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work nights and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Creates a positive in-store customer experience and promotes loyalty programs.
• Leads by example and trains front-end Associates.
• Assigns registers, coordinates breaks, and supports POS coverage.
• Addresses customer concerns promptly and maintains shop cleanliness and order.
