Job summary

TJ Maxx in Houston seeks a Front End Leader to promote an excellent customer experience and supervise Associates at the store front, ensuring prompt, courteous service and a clean, organized environment.

You will train and coach Associates on front end practices, manage registers and POS coverage, address customer concerns, and promote loyalty and credit programs while upholding labor laws.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Assigns registers, supports and responds to POS coverage needs, and coordinates breaks for all Associates.
• Addresses customer concerns and issues promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Trains and coaches Associates on front end principles and loyalty promotions.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs and ensures adherence to labor policies.
