Job summary

Marshalls at The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a frontline leader to promote an excellent customer experience and supervise Associates on the front end of the store.

You will model professionalism, lead by example, mentor teammates, and ensure loyalty programs and safety policies are followed in a fast-paced environment. The role requires flexible scheduling including nights and weekends, strong merchandising knowledge, and the ability to multi-task while maintaining a high standard of service.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to train others and lead front-end operations

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience
• Promotes loyalty programs and drives customer engagement
• Assigns registers and manages POS coverage; coordinates breaks
• Trains and coaches associates on front-end principles and customer personalization
• Ensures adherence to labor laws, policies, and procedures
• Promotes safety and maintains a clean, organized store
