Responsibilities

• Oversees a team of associates at front of store to ensure prompt customer service.
• Promotes loyalty programs and trains associates on front end principles.
• Assigns registers and coordinates breaks; ensures proper POS coverage.
• Addresses customer concerns promptly to maintain satisfaction.
• Ensures tasks align with store plan and communicates priorities to team.
