Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. in the USA is seeking a store leadership role to oversee front-of-store Associates and promote an outstanding customer experience. You will lead by example, train staff, and ensure loyalty programs are effectively implemented while maintaining a clean, organized store.

Responsibilities include coaching Associates, managing registers, and coordinating breaks. The role requires strong merchandising knowledge, multi-tasking, and excellent communication with both customers

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to train and mentor Associates on front-end principles and customer service

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive in-store customer experience
• Promotes loyalty programs and handles customer inquiries promptly
• Assigns registers and coordinates breaks for all Associates
• Ensures tasks align with store plan and priorities
• Provides feedback and coaching to team members
• Maintains a safe and compliant store environment
• Partners with management on training needs to improve effectiveness
• Supports labor law compliance and store policies
