Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a front-end leader who promotes an excellent customer experience at the store level. You will oversee a team of Associates, coach on loyalty programs, and help maintain a clean, organized storefront while reporting to store management.

You will train, supervise, and assign registers, respond to POS coverage needs, and ensure adherence to labor policies. The role requires flexibility, including nights and weekends, with a focus on delivering outstanding service

Qualifications

• Must have strong merchandising knowledge and techniques.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Team-oriented with collaboration across peers and supervisors.
• Willingness to train and mentor colleagues on front-end operations.
• 1 year retail experience and 6 months leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience at front of store.
• Lead and mentor Associates to ensure courteous service and loyalty program promotion.
• Assign registers and coordinate POS coverage and breaks.
• Train Associates on front-end principles and personalizing customer service.
• Address customer concerns promptly and maintain store priorities and cleanliness.
• Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
