Job summary

Marshalls is seeking a team-oriented leader to oversee front-of-store operations, ensuring a superior customer experience. You will lead Associates, coordinate POS coverage, and promote loyalty programs while maintaining store standards and safety.

Nights and weekends are required to support busy periods. We value merchandising know-how, strong communication, and the ability to train others, delivering excellent service and guidance across the store team.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months leadership experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Able to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience
• Promotes a culture of honesty and integrity; maintains confidentiality
• Trains and coaches Associates on front end principles
• Assigns registers, supports and responds to POS coverage needs, and coordinates breaks for all Associates
• Addresses customer concerns and issues promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs
• Promotes safety awareness and maintains a safe environment
• Other duties as assigned
