Job summary

Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, is hiring to promote an excellent customer experience and lead front-end operations. You will supervise Associates, train teammates, and ensure a clean, organized store while promoting loyalty programs and maintaining safety standards.

Qualified candidates have at least 1 year of retail experience and 6 months of leadership, with strong communication and multitasking skills. Flexible scheduling including nights and weekends is required, with competitive pay.
