Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create a positive customer experience for every guest.
• Promote loyalty programs and credit options.
• Assign registers, support and respond to POS coverage needs, coordinate breaks.
• Train and mentor Associates on front-end procedures.
• Address customer concerns promptly and effectively.
• Ensure compliance with store plans and priorities.
• Communicate clearly with management and staff about priorities and progress.
• Support safety initiatives and adherence to labor policies.
