Job summary

The TJ Maxx stores within the TJX Companies family are seeking a front-end supervisor to lead a team, promote outstanding customer service, and actively participate in loyalty programs. You will oversee POS coverage, train Associates, and ensure a positive shopping experience while maintaining store standards and safety.

Available to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends, and will be part of a collaborative, diverse environment with opportunities for growth within a Fortune 100

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience with at least 6 months in a leadership role.
• Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Strong merchandising knowledge and ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Able to train other Associates.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive customer experience and promote loyalty programs.
• Lead and mentor front-end Associates and manage POS coverage.
• Ensure store tasks are completed per plan and adjust priorities as needed.
• Address customer concerns promptly and provide feedback to management.
• Promote safety, labor law compliance, and shrink-reduction goals.
• Communicate priorities clearly and provide progress updates.
• Support management in training needs and other duties as assigned.
