Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a front-end leadership role at TJ Maxx where you will oversee Associates, promote an outstanding customer experience, and coach teams to deliver results. You will model service excellence, supervise POS coverage, and drive loyalty initiatives across the store.

Ideal candidates have retail experience and strong merchandising/communication skills, with a collaborative, detail-oriented approach. Flexible scheduling includes nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience required.
• Strong understanding of merchandising techniques.
• Capable of multi-tasking with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience and lead by example at front of store.
• Train and mentor Associates on front-end principles and loyalty programs.
• Manage POS coverage, assign registers and coordinate breaks.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Promote safety and participate in shrink reduction programs.
