Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. invites you to join TJ Maxx as a front-of-store Supervisor responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience and leading a team to meet store goals across busy shifts.

You will train and mentor Associates on front-end principles, manage POS coverage and breaks, and promote loyalty programs while maintaining store standards, safety, and a positive workplace.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail experience and at least 6 months of leadership experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to train and mentor Associates.

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience.
• Oversee front-of-store Associates and POS coverage.
• Lead by example in customer engagement and loyalty programs.
• Train and mentor Associates on front-end principles.
• Ensure adherence to labor laws, policies, and store procedures.
