Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience and lead front of store Associates.
• Train and mentor Associates on front end principles and loyalty programs.
• Manage registers, POS coverage, and breaks; address customer concerns promptly.
• Ensure adherence to store plans, safety policies, and labor laws.
• Collaborate with management on training needs and performance feedback.
