Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. in Cedar Knolls, NJ is seeking a front-end leader to promote an excellent customer experience and supervise Associates across front-of-store operations.

You will train team members, manage POS coverage, oversee loyalty programs, ensure safety and compliance, and partner with Management to achieve store goals while supporting a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience
• 6 months of leadership experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Promotes an excellent customer experience
• Oversees a team of Associates at front of store
• Trains and mentors Associates on front end principles
• Trains Associates on personalizing the customer experience while promoting loyalty programs
• Assigns registers and coordinates breaks for all Associates
• Addresses customer concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience
• Ensures adherence to store plan and labor policies
• Partners with Management on Associate training needs
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs
• Supports store shrink reduction goals and programs
• Promotes safety awareness and a safe environment
