Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of retail leadership experience as an Assistant or Store Manager.
• Proven ability to lead and empower a large team.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with ability to mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance by supporting sales, managing expenses, and overseeing operations including merchandising, scheduling, and loss prevention.
• Recruit, train, and develop Associates; mentor and role-model a positive environment.
• Communicate action plans for projects and store changes; contribute to succession planning.
• Implement strategies to meet sales, expense, and customer service targets while improving store layout and efficiency.
