Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledgeable Microsoft Office Suite and system transactions.
• 1 year of customer service, office, and/or administrative experience, preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays; rotation for store opening and closing responsibilities—various shifts.
• Thrive in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Front Desk & Customer Service: Greet customers in a warm, professional manner and represent Ashley's brand.
• Sales Order Support: Assist with processing sales orders accurately and obtain proper approvals.
• Customer Account Management: Process credit applications and maintain account information in retail systems.
• Cash Handling & Financial Procedures: Follow cash handling procedures and reconcile transactions.
• Customer Issue Resolution: Address inquiries and escalate complex issues to Management as needed.
• Audit & Compliance Assistance: Support audits, inventory, and documentation accuracy.
• Reporting & Documentation: Maintain records, generate routine reports, file paperwork per standards.
• Team Collaboration: Work with sales, merchandising, and store staff for a seamless experience.
• Technology & Systems: Use POS, retail software, and MS Office to perform duties efficiently.
