Ashley Furniture is expanding and seeks a Customer Service Representative to greet customers, handle front desk duties, and support store operations with administrative tasks. You will process sales orders, manage customer accounts, and assist with financing while ensuring accuracy and a positive, brand-aligned experience.

This role requires up-to-date knowledge of Microsoft Office, one year of customer service or administrative experience, and the ability to work flexible shifts including

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service or administrative experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Front Desk & Customer Service: greet customers warmly and professionally.
• Sales Order Support: process sales orders with complete documentation and approvals.
• Customer Account Management: handle credit applications and financing arrangements.
• Cash Handling: follow procedures and reconcile transactions.
• Customer Issue Resolution: address inquiries and escalate issues when needed.
• Audit & Compliance: assist with audits and inventory processes.
• Reporting & Documentation: maintain records and files accurately.
• Team Collaboration: work with sales, merchandising, and staff.
• Technology & Systems: use POS and office software to perform duties.
