Job summary

Ashley Furniture is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the front-line ambassador in our store, delivering exceptional service in person, by phone, and email. You will handle sales orders, maintain customer accounts, and support store operations with accurate documentation.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing orders, handling payments, resolving issues, and assisting with audits and reporting.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• 1 year of customer service, office, and/or administrative experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays; store opening/closing rotations

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a warm, professional manner representing Ashley's brand.
• Process sales orders accurately with required documentation and approvals.
• Maintain accurate customer account information in retail systems.
• Follow cash handling procedures and reconcile transactions per policies.
• Address customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to Management when needed.
• Assist with audits, inventory processes and paperwork compliance.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare routine reports.
• Collaborate with sales, merchandising and store staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Use POS systems and Microsoft Office to perform duties efficiently.
