Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Previous experience as Key Holder, Shift Leader, or Retail Supervisor preferred but not required.
• Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
• Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service Management: Provide expert advice on Skechers products and ensure a great shopper experience.
• Oversee daily operations, including opening/closing and adherence to security standards.
• Mentor and support team members in entry-level retail tasks such as customer service and sales.
• Contribute to achieving store and individual sales targets through effective selling techniques.
• Execute merchandising plans, restock products, and maintain store cleanliness to enhance the shopping environment.
• Oversee stock and inventory routines and collaborate with store management on operational needs.
• Identify and resolve in-store challenges to ensure a smooth customer experience.
