Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Previous Key Holder/Shift Leader/retail supervisor experience preferred but not required.
• Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
• Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service Management: Engage with customers to provide expert advice on Skechers products and ensure a great shopping experience.
• Retail Leadership Role: Supervise daily operations, including opening/closing and security, maintaining standards.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and support team members in entry-level retail.
• Sales and Goals: Contribute to store and individual sales targets with effective selling techniques.
• Store Operations: Execute merchandising, restock products, and keep store clean.
• Retail Supervisor Duties: Oversee stock and inventory with store management.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve in-store challenges to ensure smooth shopping.
