Skechers, a global lifestyle brand, seeks a Key Holder (Floor Leader) to support store operations and mentor the team while delivering exceptional customer service. This entry-level management role focuses on daily operations and helping meet sales goals within Skechers’ premium environment.

You will engage customers with product expertise, supervise opening/closing duties, and contribute to store performance. This position offers growth within the Skechers brand and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred but not required.
• Experience as Key Holder or Retail Supervisor preferred but not required.
• Strong sales skills to drive revenue.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service Management: Engage with customers to deliver expert advice and ensure a great experience.
• Retail Leadership Role: Supervise daily operations, including opening/closing procedures and security.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and support team members in entry-level retail tasks.
• Sales and Goals: Help achieve store and individual sales targets using effective selling techniques.
• Store Operations: Execute merchandising plans, restock products, and maintain cleanliness.
• Retail Supervisor Duties: Oversee stock and inventory with store management.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve in-store challenges for a smooth shopping experience.
