Skechers, a global footwear brand, is seeking a Key Holder (Floor Leader) to join our retail team. You will support daily store operations, mentor associates, and help deliver outstanding customer service while guiding the team to meet sales goals in a premium shopping environment.

In this entry-level management role, you’ll supervise opening/closing procedures, manage inventory and merchandising, and participate in training to grow into future Retail Management opportunities with Skechers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred but not required.
• Experience as Key Holder/Shift Leader or Retail Supervisor is a plus.
• Sales skills to drive revenue and meet targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service management and expert advice on Skechers products.
• Supervise daily store operations and opening/closing procedures.
• Mentor team members in entry-level retail roles.
• Drive store sales targets with effective selling techniques.
• Manage merchandising, restock products, and maintain cleanliness.
• Oversee stock and inventory routines.
• Resolve in-store challenges to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
